8 easy ways to feel fulfilled this week:
At the end of the workday, write down one accomplishment.
Complete an action that you've been putting off for a while. Today's the day. No more excuses!
Hug someone you care about. Give them a big bear hug. Lean in and experience the embrace!
No phones at the dinner table. Enjoy the conversation with your family or friends.
Relive a moment from your past. Take out your phone and choose one picture. Go back in time and truly experience it again - with the 5 senses.
Text a friend you haven't spoken with in a while to say hi. Bonus: recall a memory or send a note about how much you care.
Move a little more than normal. Go for a walk or do a few jumping jacks.
